To maintain the delicate hand-embroidery, we recommend dry cleaning for the first few washes. For subsequent washes, use a mild detergent and cold water, followed by hand washing and air drying in the shade.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our authentic Chikan collection worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and are calculated at the checkout page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with original tags. If you receive a damaged product or the wrong size, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
How do I ensure I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since our garments are handmade, there might be a slight variation of 0.5 to 1 inch. We recommend checking your measurements against our guide before ordering.
