Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery to submit a request with your order number and reason for return.
Quality Inspection
Carefully pack the unwashed and unworn Chikan garment in its original packaging; our team will review your request and provide a return shipping label or pickup schedule.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a physical or digital acknowledgment receipt from the agent.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
